Simply put, New Orleans is for foodies. Rich in culture and flavors it's no surprise it has been coined as one of America's greatest food cities! After dining at both of James Beard Award-winning Chef Justin Devillier restaurants, Justine & Le Petite Grocery, I knew I needed to bring a piece of his magic home with me. This cookbook allowed me to do just that. Eventhough we are now a longgggg way from great city of New Orleans it doesn't feel quite so far when I see his book on the shelf.
