Written by Chef Enrique Olvera- this book is filled with Michelin worthy recipes. In my opinion, he takes Mexican food to a whole new level. Not only with the produce and proteins he sources but he is also inventive in the way he redefines and elevates some of Mexico's tradtional classics such as his take on Mole- served at his flagship, award winning restuarant Pujol. You will never look at Mole the same again. Trust me.
